Customer Support & Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking an adaptable, hands‑on professional to join our fast‑moving fintech team. In this hybrid support‑operations position you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance and Business teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience while shaping the next‑generation global payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new platform builds, financial instruments, payment rails and feature releases, defining test cases and reporting bugs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to retest fixes, validate stability and improve UX.
• Capture and analyse client and internal feedback, draft Change Requests and help refine operational workflows and support documentation.
• Log and manage inbound inquiries across all channels, monitor platform status alerts and coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early‑stage, fast‑changing environment.
• Background in B2B client support, operations, quality assurance or business analysis within fintech, payments, banking or digital assets.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with discretion handling sensitive financial data.
• Professional fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable; Russian is a plus.

• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira.
