Corporate Counsel – Corporate Law

About the role

Join a well‑established Luxembourg law firm as a Corporate Counsel, working on complex, cross‑border corporate and M&A matters for institutional investors, international groups and investment funds. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to shape the firm’s corporate practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions.
• Assist with strategic transactions, restructurings and corporate governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and international stakeholders on multi‑jurisdictional projects.
• Build direct client relationships and contribute to the development of the corporate practice.

Required profile

• 6 to 9 years of experience in Corporate/M&A within a Luxembourg law firm.
• Strong technical background in transactional and corporate matters.
• Ability to manage files independently and handle complex legal issues.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and business‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and French.
