Corporate Accountant

About the role

Nova Complex is seeking a dedicated Corporate Accountant to lead the full accounting cycle for its Luxembourg entity. Reporting directly to the Group Finance team in Finland, you will be the sole finance professional on‑site, responsible for statutory compliance, financial reporting, and daily corporate administration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Luxembourg statutory bookkeeping in accordance with Lux GAAP, including AP/AR processing, bank entries, accruals and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for review by Group Finance.
• Prepare and file VAT returns, corporate income tax declarations and other statutory filings, coordinating with external tax advisors as needed.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and inter‑company processes.
• Manage local bank accounts, cash forecasting, liquidity monitoring and settlement of obligations.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg treaty substance requirements and maintain corporate documentation.
• Coordinate board meeting preparation, liaise with local directors, auditors and service providers, and act as the primary contact for authorities and banks.
• Handle day‑to‑day office administration and basic HR tasks such as employee record maintenance.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and comfortable working independently in a fully autonomous environment.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting standards (Lux GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Experience handling statutory filings, audit coordination and corporate administration.
