Consultant / Senior Consultant – Compliance

About the role

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Compliance at ANTEA Advisory, you will partner with leading Luxembourg financial institutions to design pragmatic, sustainable solutions that address today’s regulatory challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and strengthen compliance and governance frameworks.
• Deliver AML/CFT, KYC, client onboarding, CDD, EDD, KYT and transaction‑monitoring initiatives.
• Support regulatory change programmes and compliance transformation projects.
• Review and optimise policies, procedures, controls and operating models.
• Produce high‑quality analyses, regulatory deliverables and management reporting.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, legal, operations, business and IT.
• Assist with regulatory inspections, remediation programmes and operational‑excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Curious, pragmatic problem‑solver with strong interpersonal skills.
• Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or financial services.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ACAMS, M1/2/3) are a plus.
