About the role

The Chief of Section leads aviation support activities, overseeing contracts, technical documentation, and project delivery within a multicultural environment. This senior position ensures high‑quality service to customers while fostering inclusive, high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer aviation support contracts and manage related technical and logistics documentation.
• Lead aviation support projects, including risk and personnel management.
• Oversee customer expectation management and ensure compliance with aeronautical Quality Assurance standards.
• Produce technical and administrative documentation using aircraft/equipment publications.
• Develop diverse, inclusive teams through inclusive leadership practices.

Required profile

• University degree in an aviation‑related technical or engineering field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in aviation support contract administration and project management.
• Strong knowledge of aeronautical QA standards and policies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, personnel, and customer expectations.
• Excellent digital literacy and experience with office automation systems.
