About the role

Join LOGOS as a C++ Software Engineer working on a critical financial system used worldwide. You will be part of a 15‑person development team delivering new functionalities and enhancements for a major financial institution.

Key responsibilities

Analyse backlog items, understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop and test C++ components on Linux, following object‑oriented principles and UML where appropriate.
Participate in user‑acceptance testing cycles, assess tickets from test results and support issue resolution.
Collaborate in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment, contributing to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Required profile

Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience (1‑5+ years) in software development.
Strong technical expertise in C++, object‑oriented design and Linux.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet objectives with limited supervision.
Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
Valid work permit for Luxembourg.
