About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and autonomous Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive growth and innovation. You will lead commercial and marketing initiatives, shape prospecting strategies, and ensure high‑quality communication across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with members and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
- Conduct portfolio reviews, client meetings, and provide tailored investment information.
- Expand the member base and visibility through strategic communication and outreach.
- Support the team by enhancing technical, financial, and commercial skills.
- Serve as the primary contact for financial support, assess risk profiles, and propose personalized investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, mitigating potential risks.
- Oversee content, design, and consistency of all communication materials, aligning with the company’s visual identity.
- Develop and execute networking campaigns, monitor e‑marketing KPIs, and manage ad‑hoc marketing projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or financial advisory.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and commercial growth.
- Experience in the financial sector or with high‑net‑worth clients is a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic, results‑driven mindset.
