Business Analyst - Odoo

About the role

Resultance, a Luxembourg‑based consulting group and Odoo Gold Partner, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its ERP practice. You will act as the bridge between client business needs and Odoo solutions, contributing to complex digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client processes and identify improvement opportunities using Odoo.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and challenge functional and technical requirements.
• Design tailored ERP solutions by configuring and customizing Odoo modules.
• Document functional specifications and process flows for development teams.
• Test delivered solutions, validate use‑cases, and ensure quality.
• Provide functional support during implementation and guide end‑users through training and coaching.
• Monitor Odoo updates and recommend continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects and interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable in fast‑evolving environments.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Odoo, including module configuration and customization.
• Experience writing functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies.
