Audit Manager – Client Advisory & Assurance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor alongside the Partner. You will oversee the full audit lifecycle, from client acceptance to final delivery, ensuring high‑quality, compliant assurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multiple audit and assurance engagements.
• Supervise audit teams, review work papers and guarantee adherence to methodology and quality standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and evaluate their impact on clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster satisfaction and long‑term collaboration.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to service‑offering enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality work within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in external audit, preferably within an audit firm.
• Proven track record of managing audit engagements and supervising junior staff.
• Fluency in French and English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Client‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with audit software.
• Familiarity with data‑analytics tools.
