Associate – Customer Services Client Review (Luxembourg)

About the role

OneLife, a Luxembourg‑based life insurance specialist, is looking for an Associate to join its Customer Services – Client Review Team. You will support the periodic review of cross‑border contracts, ensuring compliance and delivering high‑quality service to wealthy clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate contract documentation to verify completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Handle feedback from partners and clients, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct thorough AML analysis of all relevant documents.
• Participate in the overall process of periodic contract reviews.
• Provide exceptional service and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Proven KYC or AML experience in the banking or insurance sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Fluent in French and English, with Dutch also acceptable.
