Android Developer – Native Apps (5+ yrs)

About the role

You will join Scrum teams to deliver high‑quality mobile features, working closely with designers, product owners and cross‑functional colleagues to create innovative, user‑friendly Android applications. You will also take part in code reviews and technical discussions to uphold best practices and development standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship native Android features in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners and other engineers to define and implement UI/UX.
• Participate in code reviews, technical debates and knowledge sharing.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage mobile data persistence.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and write automated unit/UI tests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building native Android apps.
• Strong expertise in Jetpack Compose and traditional XML‑based Android Views.
• Deep knowledge of modern Android components such as Coroutines, Flow, LiveData, ViewModel and Navigation Component.
• Proficiency with MVVM and clean architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing and unit/UI test implementation.
• Good understanding of REST API integration and mobile data persistence.
