Accounts Payable Intern (Start Sep 2026)

About the role

Jetfly is looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Intern to join its finance team in Luxembourg starting September 2026. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience with invoice processing, supplier communication, and core accounting tasks within a leading European private aviation company.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record invoices accurately using accounting software.
• Support accounting and tax‑related tasks, including data entry and verification of VAT rates.
• Assist in reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of accounts payable transactions.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Demonstrate professionalism by learning industry‑specific terminology and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Available to sign a 6‑month internship agreement.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluent in French and possess a good level of English.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary based on study level: €1,000 for Bachelor students, €1,250 for first‑year Master students, €1,500 for final‑year Master students.
