Accounting & Finance Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Wasserbillig, Luxembourg. The role supports daily finance operations, invoicing and accounting tasks in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer invoicing and billing processes.
• Check, prepare and file invoice‑related data.
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Enter and maintain financial data in SAP.
• Assist with document management and administrative finance tasks.
• Support month‑end activities and collaborate with Accounting, Sales Administration and Customer Service.

Required profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or vocational education.
• First experience in accounting, invoicing, administration or office support.
• Accurate, reliable and structured working style.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Good MS Office skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (advantageous but not mandatory).
