Accountant – Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Corporate Services team. Working in a hybrid setting, you will support a portfolio of Luxembourg‑based holding, financing, IP and real‑estate companies, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with statutory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with the set‑up and administration of Luxembourg holding, financing, intellectual property and real‑estate entities.
• Maintain company books, prepare periodic management reports and statutory financial statements.
• Prepare corporate tax and VAT returns and liaise with Luxembourg tax authorities and advisers.
• Coordinate with external auditors when required.
• Participate in restructuring projects such as spin‑offs, mergers and acquisitions under regulatory guidance.
• Support senior team members and adhere to JTC core values.

Required profile

• Holder of a BTS, DUT, DECF or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Relevant experience in an accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and organisational abilities; able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with BOB 50 (asset).
