Marketing Trainee – Support Go-to-Market Initiatives

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is looking for a Marketing Trainee to join its Brand & Communications team. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in developing and executing marketing and communication programmes that reinforce the firm’s vision and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in Go‑to‑Market initiatives to boost visibility and market share.
• Support industry drivers with business development and marketing campaign execution.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with media, design, events, and web teams to implement multi‑channel strategies.
• Maintain KPI dashboards, analyse ROI, and monitor competitor activity.
• Contribute content and design for newsletters, mailings, and internal communications.
• Provide project‑management support, prepare documents, and follow up on meetings.

Required profile

• Final year (Bac+4/5) Master’s student in Marketing, Communications, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 6‑month internship availability.
• Fluent in English and French, additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical, organisational and creative abilities.
• Interest in international financial services.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
