Associate Client Director – Real Estate

About the role

As an Associate Client Director in Real Estate, you will lead a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their operational and strategic needs are met. You will guide a team, coordinate service delivery, and collaborate with external partners such as auditors, law firms, and banks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Serve as the central contact for client accounts, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Oversee financial monitoring, invoicing, and reporting for the client portfolio.
• Manage relationships with auditors, legal advisors, and banking partners.
• Coordinate and validate all work produced by the team.
• Participate in internal projects, including product development and process improvements.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate Fund Administration.
• Strong background in accounting and legal matters.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
