About the role
Vistra is looking for a Facility Officer to manage the day‑to‑day operation of its Luxembourg office. The role ensures a safe, efficient and compliant workplace, supporting employees, visitors and business activities. You will act as the main point of contact for all facility‑related matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage building access rights, printer permissions and access‑card inventory.
- Create, update and monitor access authorisations.
- Oversee building alarm systems and coordinate with security guards.
- Coordinate fire wardens and support emergency‑preparedness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations.
- Organise mandatory safety inspections, audits and periodic checks.
- Support employee onboarding, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement of facilities processes.
