WinDev Senior Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior WinDev Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands‑on WinDev experience, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to deliver high‑quality software solutions while collaborating closely with project managers and fellow developers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing codebases to identify root causes of defects.
• Design, develop, and deploy new features according to specifications.
• Generate and release new application versions for production.
• Document code changes and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Perform thorough unit and functional testing to ensure quality.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest process improvements.
• Follow established development guidelines, security policies, and confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers and other developers to align on project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with WinDev.
• Proficiency in HyperFile C/S.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude and team spirit.
• High level of rigor and attention to detail.
