Web Developer – Front‑End React & SharePoint Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to design, develop and maintain custom front‑end components for SharePoint Online using React and SPFx. The role involves translating UX/UI designs into high‑quality, performant web solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 services and our corporate intranet.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain React‑based front‑end components for SharePoint Online, including SPFx solutions where required.
• Convert UX/UI specifications into performant, maintainable code adhering to coding standards, architectural guidelines, security and accessibility requirements.
• Integrate custom components with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services and existing intranet functionality.
• Support testing, validation, bug fixing and optimisation across development, test and acceptance environments.
• Produce technical documentation, hand‑over materials and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external service providers using an iterative, sprint‑based delivery approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, Computer Science, Web Design or related field, or at least 8 years equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of front‑end software development experience for web applications or portals.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects with React and developing custom SharePoint Online components (SPFx).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
