Validation Test Technician (M/W/X)

About the role

Join a global leader in sustainable mobility as a Validation Test Technician. You will work in a high‑tech, international laboratory environment, supporting the development of automotive and mobility solutions through rigorous electrical and mechanical testing.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and monitor validation test rigs, including electrical and mechanical configurations.
• Prepare test equipment, ensure proper calibration, and maintain test benches such as load racks, HV racks, chillers, harnesses and fixtures.
• Operate automated monitoring tools to guarantee test compliance and reliability.
• Collect, manage, and document raw test data accurately.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs for laboratory equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and equipment.

Required profile

• Associate degree (Bac +2) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience with test equipment and industrial electrical standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, safety‑focused mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
