Test Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with strong Playwright experience to join a leading international air cargo airline. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust, scalable automation frameworks that support high‑impact, mission‑critical systems across a global logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardized Playwright automation framework using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrated systems.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and ensure consistent execution across Azure‑based environments.
• Assess automation coverage, identify gaps, and promote best practices for test quality.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and IT teams to onboard them onto the framework.
• Produce structured reports on testing progress, coverage, and risks for management.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Playwright test automation (TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Proven ability to design scalable, reusable automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Good understanding of web applications, APIs, and cross‑browser testing.
• Fluent English communication skills.
