Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of secure digital solutions focused on encryption, identity management and strong authentication. The role involves overseeing complex projects in a highly regulated environment, ensuring security, compliance and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects related to security, encryption and authentication platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, security experts, architects and external partners.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and ensure delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, providing clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee integration of authentication solutions such as MFA, PKI-based systems and digital certificates.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, especially those linked to cybersecurity and data protection.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and technical governance.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design and effort estimation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience, preferably in security or identity domains.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services or government.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and risk-management skills.

Required skills

• Encryption technologies: PKI, key management, cryptographic protocols.
• Authentication mechanisms: MFA, SSO, OAuth, digital certificates.
• Secure system architecture and integration patterns.
• Agile/Scrum project management.
• Familiarity with standards such as eIDAS, ISO 27001.
• Experience with cloud environments and secure APIs.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile) – a plus.
