Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives from initiation through to closure. The role demands strong leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects, covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, costs and produce financial reporting.
• Define and run effective governance structures such as Steering Committees and project reporting.
• Identify, assess and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
• Control scope, change requests and priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
• Provide clear, structured and transparent reporting to senior management and sponsors.

Required profile

• Significant real‑world experience as a Project Manager with demonstrable successful deliveries.
• Proven track record in project planning, budgeting, governance and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of constructive challenge and decisive decision‑making.
• Methodical, results‑oriented mindset with a structured approach to work.
• Experience in IT, digital or transformation projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or equivalent project management tools.
