Technical Product Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Management Specialist to lead the transfer of finished FitLine products from formulation to manufacturing at our Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) site. The role ensures seamless scale‑up, regulatory compliance and long‑term manufacturability of our health, fitness and beauty nutraceutical portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical transfer of finished products from formulation development to manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate contract manufacturing organization (CMO) onboarding, readiness and scale‑up activities from pilot batches to first industrial production.
• Create and maintain integrated technical launch plans, define milestones and track deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks early, develop mitigation plans and drive decision‑making based on a single technical truth.
• Conduct technical readiness checks prior to production approval and release, serving as the primary interface with CMO project managers.
• Own post‑launch change management, including raw material changes, specification updates and compliance implementation.
• Ensure long‑term process robustness, supply stability and quality consistency after development freeze.

Required profile

• M.Sc. or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management, product development or a comparable technical role within food, nutraceutical or related industries.
• Strong understanding of formulation development, product specifications and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and translate complex technical information into actionable plans.
