Technical Account Manager – Client Success & Advisory

About the role

LuxTrust is seeking a motivated Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for its customers, primarily in France and other territories. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery, support technology adoption, and keep clients informed about product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Pilot day‑to‑day interactions, ensuring service coherence and timely follow‑up.
• Serve as the primary contact for account‑management matters and first‑level escalations.
• Organise quarterly meetings, monitor SLAs, and propose improvement plans.
• Manage contract renewals, negotiate conflict resolution, and provide activity reporting.
• Act as a technical and trust advisor, anticipating client needs and promoting roadmap updates.
• Drive client retention and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Motivated and driven professional with experience in technical account management.
• Strong customer‑focus and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Luxembourg and travel to client sites as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital identity solutions and electronic signature services.
• Understanding of strong authentication and security services.
