System Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a System Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain modern user interfaces for web applications, digital platforms and enterprise portals. The role focuses on building high‑performance front‑end components and integrating them within collaboration and content‑management environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive user interfaces for web‑based applications and enterprise portals.
• Participate in the full front‑end development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable, reusable components using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React.
• Develop custom UI components for enterprise collaboration and content‑management platforms.
• Ensure compliance with UX, accessibility, responsiveness and best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, designers and development teams to deliver user‑centric solutions.
• Take part in code reviews, testing, performance optimisation and ongoing maintenance.
• Support integration of front‑end solutions with cloud‑based digital workplace services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, UX/UI Design, Web Technologies or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of front‑end development experience for web applications, portals or digital platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross‑functional environments.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
