Supply Chain Assistant (Fixed-Term, 18 months)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support our fast‑moving consumer goods business in Luxembourg. The role focuses on creating accurate reception and shipping plans, analysing market data, and reporting daily activities to the Head of Strategic Planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reception plans by forecasting net requirements based on historical sales, stock levels, promotions, safety stocks and pending productions.
• Adjust reception plans according to factory production schedules and outcomes of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Create shipping plans aligned with the adjusted reception plans.
• Perform daily analysis and reporting on stock status, market trends, production deviations and forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory); French and German are strong assets.
• First experience or prior exposure to supply chain or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a high sense of integrity and accountability.
