Structural Analysis Engineer

About the role

Join a leading provider of transport solutions as a Structural Analysis Engineer. You will be at the heart of designing and validating highly engineered metal structures for demanding industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform finite element analysis (FEM) to evaluate strength, stability and durability of metal components.
• Define realistic load cases based on operating conditions.
• Manage the full simulation workflow: modelling, solving and post‑processing.
• Apply relevant design standards and codes such as Eurocode.
• Prepare detailed calculation notes and technical reports.
• Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing and R&D teams to ensure design consistency.
• Support component standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in structural analysis and FEM tools.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics and dynamics.
• Familiarity with industrial standards (e.g., Eurocode).
• Fluent English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
