Squad Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Squad Lead to join a leading financial institution in Luxembourg. In this role you will drive the delivery of strategic digital initiatives, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives. You will work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment and foster a high‑performing, collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional agile squad of engineers, analysts and testers.
• Define and own the delivery roadmap in partnership with product and business stakeholders.
• Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of high‑quality, secure digital solutions.
• Act as the primary bridge between business, architecture and development teams.
• Promote engineering best practices such as clean code, CI/CD, testing and DevOps.
• Manage priorities, risks and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members to support growth and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Squad Lead, Tech Lead or Engineering Manager in a financial or regulated environment.
• Strong background in software development and delivery.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
