Squad Lead Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Squad Lead Consultant to coordinate and guide an Agile team in Luxembourg. You will own the delivery of application enhancements, production releases, and drive modernization initiatives while ensuring high quality and timely outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead an Agile team, managing objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Own delivery of application enhancements and production releases across the assigned scope.
• Organize workflows using Agile and Kanban principles and monitor performance and capacity metrics.
• Identify and manage technical and functional dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Support application transformation, migration, modernization, and platform evolution projects.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and management stakeholders to align priorities.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and action plans.
• Facilitate decision‑making and help define technical direction.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices, code quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development with team coordination, technical leadership, or project delivery management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and/or JavaScript/React development.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and Kanban practices.
• Significant experience leading technical transformations, migrations, or platform modernizations.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and release management.
• Ability to work in complex technical environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in international or multicultural organizations.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management or Agile methodologies.
