Solutions Integration Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Integration Engineer to design, implement and support secure, resilient system integrations throughout the full solution lifecycle. Working under the DevSecOps Team Leader and reporting to the Head of Service Support and IT, you will ensure our trading platform meets the highest security and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and enhance secure system integrations using automated deployment pipelines.
• Provide second‑level support for existing solutions and respond quickly to operational incidents.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, automated alerting and metrics analysis to prevent service degradations.
• Participate in code reviews for scripts and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) artifacts.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations, security controls and operational procedures.
• Assess impact and risk of proposed solutions and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with DevSecOps principles.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks related to solution integration as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevSecOps, integration or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as SSH, SSL/TLS, HTTPS, DNS and sFTP.
• Proficiency with version‑control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
