Solutions Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Implementation Engineer to join our DevSecOps team in Luxembourg. The role involves designing, implementing, deploying and supporting secure, resilient and sustainable software solutions for Europe’s leading cross‑border transmission capacity trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver software solutions from design through implementation and deployment, following team coding standards.
• Provide second‑level support for existing solutions, responding quickly to operational issues.
• Implement monitoring, automated alerting and metrics analysis to prevent service degradations.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for solutions, integrations and security controls.
• Assess impact and risk of proposed solutions and communicate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, software developer or similar role.

Required skills

• Java, Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Version control systems such as Git, GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL) and SQL.
• Operating systems: Windows and Linux (RHEL).
• Networking protocols: SSH, SSL/TLS, HTTPS, DNS, SFTP.
