Software Test Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows and integrations. The role ensures that solutions meet business requirements, quality standards and platform best practices before they go live.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test scenarios, test cases and scripts for ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Request and Problem.
• Perform functional, regression and integration testing on ServiceNow implementations.
• Validate workflows, business rules, SLAs, forms and reports against defined requirements.
• Log, track and retest defects in collaboration with developers and functional teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of test evidence.
• Maintain compliance with quality, governance and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experience testing ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionality.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and defect‑management experience.
• Familiarity with test‑management tools and documentation practices.
• ServiceNow or ISTQB certification is a plus.
