Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our global social media strategy. Based at our International Headquarters in Luxembourg, you will work closely with the CEO, Management Board, and regional teams to amplify our premium FitLine brand worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of social media and content creation professionals.
• Guide country teams to align with global goals while staying relevant to local audiences.
• Leverage trends, brand ambassadors, and platform opportunities to increase reach and virality.
• Manage content planning, publishing, paid campaigns, and community engagement.
• Present performance results, insights, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
• Participate in company events and travel incentives to maximize social media impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing social media for a creative agency or global consumer brand.
• Deep understanding of social media channels and algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Proven track record of growing large‑scale audiences and creating viral content.
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience using social media analytics tools.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Management experience and willingness to travel as required.
