Content Creator - French-speaking markets

About the role

We are looking for a Content Creator to own short‑form social media content for French‑speaking markets (France, Luxembourg, Belgium & Switzerland). You will turn B2B topics into engaging reels, stories and posts that attract salon owners and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media content strategy for organic, paid and event‑based campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage the editorial calendar end‑to‑end: ideate concepts, write scripts, organise and shoot (phone‑first), edit, caption and publish.
• Translate complex B2B product features into memorable short‑form videos that drive engagement and lead generation.
• Appear on‑camera when required, interviewing salon owners or presenting features.
• Coordinate with influencer ambassadors and ensure content aligns with overall strategy.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience creating social content for a brand, agency, creator business or personal account.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and fluent English.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and directing non‑professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 % for shoots and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with short‑form video editing tools such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (or similar).
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn trends and algorithms.
