Site Supervisor – Mechanical & Electrical Installations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical installation projects in the northern region of Luxembourg. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical and electrical installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning on site.
• Provide site support for testing, hand‑over, and operator training.
• Maintain regular dialogue with client project management and act as the main interface between project managers, subcontractors, and operators.
• Prepare daily progress reports, attend coordination meetings, and present weekly activity reports and timesheets.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company quality requirements.
• Perform on‑site quality control, maintain project documentation, and handle administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering degree in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French or German.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work on‑site.
