Site Supervisor – Mechanical & Electrical Installation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical installations at a project in northern Luxembourg. The role involves overseeing the full installation process, ensuring quality, safety and timely hand‑over to the client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical installation activities on‑site, including servicing and troubleshooting.
• Support commissioning, testing and hand‑over of automated systems to the customer.
• Ensure all works comply with quality standards and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Provide instruction and training to operators for maintenance tasks.
• Act as the primary liaison between client project management, subcontractors and operators.
• Supervise subcontractor activities, report daily progress and participate in coordination meetings.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and timesheets, and maintain project documentation.
• Perform administrative duties and uphold company safety policies.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering degree in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of site‑supervision experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French or German.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work in a team‑oriented environment.
