Site Supervisor – Mechanical & Electrical Installations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical installation projects in the northern Luxembourg region. You will ensure that all works meet quality and safety standards while coordinating closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, testing and hand‑over to the customer.
• Provide on‑site troubleshooting, maintenance training and support.
• Maintain daily progress reports, attend coordination meetings and present weekly activity reports.
• Manage the overall site, acting as the primary liaison between project management, subcontractors and operators.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, records and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering degree in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience.
• Fluent in English and French or German; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work on‑site.
