Site Supervisor – Mechanical & Electrical Installation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical installation projects in northern Luxembourg. The role involves overseeing the full installation process, ensuring quality, safety and timely hand‑over to the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical installation, servicing and troubleshooting on site.
• Support commissioning, testing and hand‑over of automated installations.
• Ensure all work complies with quality and health‑&‑safety standards.
• Train operators on maintenance procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact between client project management, subcontractors and operators.
• Supervise subcontractor activities, report daily progress and participate in coordination meetings.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and timesheets.
• Set up and maintain project structure, records and administrative documentation.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering degree in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills in English and French or German.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work on‑site.
• Hands‑on mentality and strict adherence to health‑&‑safety policies.
