ServiceNow Tester – Luxembourg City

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Tester to join a global IT company in Luxembourg City. The role focuses on validating ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure they meet business requirements and platform best practices before production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Request, and Problem.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow implementations.
• Validate workflows, business rules, SLAs, forms, and reports against defined requirements.
• Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with developers and functional teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of test evidence.
• Maintain compliance with quality, governance, and audit standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience testing ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionality.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and experience with defect management.
• Familiarity with test management tools and documentation practices.
• ServiceNow or ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
