Data Annotator (French) – Remote, $15.3/hr

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Annotator fluent in French to evaluate and improve the personalization quality of large language model (LLM) responses. This remote, hourly contract position offers the chance to work directly with cutting‑edge AI systems and help shape their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI model outputs for personalization quality, grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts that incorporate personal context to test model capabilities.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect personalization, and weak inferences in model responses.
• Conduct side‑by‑side comparisons of model outputs to determine relative quality.
• Write clear, structured rationales and rankings for each evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine model performance.
• Maintain data hygiene and accurate documentation of all evaluations.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in French with excellent reading and writing skills.
• Experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, or content moderation.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing nuanced AI responses.
• Ability to design creative prompts and evaluate personalization logic.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant analytical field.
