ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our Luxembourg team. You will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth IT service delivery and high‑value solutions for users and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Configure core ServiceNow components such as groups, users, and roles.
• Manage integrations, including data sources, import sets, transform maps, and IntegrationHub ETL processes.
• Administer ITSM applications: Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Operations Workspace.
• Collaborate with service owners to analyze business needs, design forms, workflows, catalog items, and flows.
• Perform unit testing, knowledge transfer, and handle platform incidents, escalating to ServiceNow Support when required.

Required profile

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in large‑enterprise environments.
• Strong scripting abilities (UI, client, business rules, ACLs).
• Excellent communication with both technical and functional stakeholders.
