Senior Tester – Automated Testing & DevSecOps

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tester to lead automated testing initiatives for core enterprise applications within a DevSecOps environment. The role focuses on designing robust test strategies, executing regression and data validation tests, and integrating test suites into continuous delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement automated testing strategies using tools such as Leapwork or Cucumber.
• Build reusable, modular test cases and maintain test repositories across release cycles.
• Execute functional testing and database‑level data validation after upgrades and deployments.
• Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps or Jira pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Identify operational risks during upgrades and optimise test suites to minimise performance impact on core systems.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional QA and software testing experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise browser‑based platforms (e.g., HOPEX, Archibus, Nimbus).
• End‑to‑end expertise in planning, designing, executing and reporting complex system and acceptance testing, with a strong focus on regression testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex enterprise environments.
