About the role

CAE Aviation is looking for Sensor Operators to conduct airborne surveillance missions for a range of government agencies and industry partners. The role involves working in international locations, often away from home on a rotational basis, and requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Key responsibilities

Operate ISR sensor suites during flight missions.
Monitor, record, and analyse surveillance data in real time.
Ensure proper functioning of all onboard equipment and sensors.
Follow mission protocols and safety procedures.
Collaborate with flight crew and ground analysts to interpret findings.
Maintain situational awareness and report observations promptly.

Required profile

Flexibility to work away from home on a rotational schedule.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
Team‑oriented mindset.
Interest in IT equipment.

Required skills

Broad experience with ISR systems.
