Sensor Operator – Aerial Surveillance

About the role
CAE Aviation is seeking experienced Sensor Operators to support airborne surveillance missions for government agencies and commercial clients. The role involves operating advanced ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) equipment on aircraft flying in international locations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor sensor suites during flight missions.
- Collect, process, and transmit surveillance data to ground stations.
- Maintain situational awareness and adhere to mission protocols.
- Work on a rotational schedule, often away from home.
Required profile
- Flexibility to work on rotational assignments in various countries.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Broad experience with ISR systems.
