Senior Testing Specialist

About the role

Quento Technologies is looking for a Senior Testing Specialist to join its ICT team in Luxembourg. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high‑quality software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define testing approaches and guarantee adequate test coverage.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, scenarios, cases, and reports.
• Enhance and optimise automated testing assets for regression, integration and end‑to‑end testing.
• Support release and deployment activities by identifying risks, providing quality assessments and ensuring testing deliverables meet standards.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti‑Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Software Tester / Test Engineer.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Luxembourg.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools such as Katalon or Leapwork.
• Experience using DevOps and ALM tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Proven ability in test planning, test case design, execution and reporting.
• Experience validating systems, configurations, interfaces or services against specifications.
