Senior Technician – DLM & SAP Specialist

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) seeks a Senior Technician to support the logistics and maintenance of air and land combat vehicle systems. The role combines DLM, stock management and SAP expertise to ensure efficient contract administration and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage defence logistics (DLM) processes and oversee stock management activities.
• Administer maintenance contracts and maintain related technical and logistic documentation.
• Utilise SAP for inventory, procurement and reporting functions.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, policies and US Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procedures.
• Collaborate with multinational teams in a multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 4 years of post‑related experience (or secondary education with 6 years experience, or equivalent).
• Broad experience in DLM and stock management.
• Very good knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in maintenance contract administration for air and/or land combat vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with QA standards and US FMS procedures.
