Senior SEO Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Content Strategist to lead organic growth for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform in Luxembourg. The role combines technical SEO, content creation and digital PR to increase visibility, attract qualified audiences and drive measurable conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the complete organic growth strategy, including keyword research, competitive analysis and SEO roadmap development.
• Implement technical SEO improvements across site architecture, crawlability, page speed, schema markup, internal linking and Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with developers and designers to translate SEO requirements into actionable website enhancements.
• Manage SEO tools and reporting platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Create and optimise content strategies for blogs, landing pages and educational resources.
• Write and edit accurate, engaging content that explains complex fintech and cryptocurrency topics while meeting compliance standards.
• Conduct content audits to refresh and consolidate existing assets for better performance.
• Develop and support digital PR initiatives, including outreach via HARO, Qwoted and other platforms to earn high‑authority media coverage.
• Monitor backlink performance, domain authority and earned media impact to continuously refine SEO tactics.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, communications, design and compliance teams to align organic growth with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of combined SEO and content marketing experience, ideally within fintech, cryptocurrency or another regulated industry.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, improving rankings and driving conversions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience turning complex financial topics into clear, compliant content.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
