Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our company’s products, ensuring alignment with methodology and client objectives. You will drive project planning, resource allocation, progress reporting and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external projects from initiation to closure.
• Oversee project resources and ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to provide project information and pipeline updates.
• Define project scope, monitor changes and promote a change‑request culture.
• Produce regular progress reports for Sales, Team Leads and Service Managers.
• Implement and automate KPIs for project reporting tools.
• Document technical projects according to company standards.

Required profile

• Prince2, PMBOK or Agile methodology certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities.
