IT Trainee

About the role

We are looking for an IT Trainee to join OneLife, a Luxembourg‑based life insurance company that provides cross‑border financial planning solutions. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in IT service management while supporting business users across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Handle service requests and incidents in line with agreed SLAs.
• Log and trace all requests and incidents using the service management tool.
• Maintain up‑to‑date asset and software inventories (excluding servers and core network components).
• Communicate clearly with business users about request, incident and problem status.
• Provide training and coaching to team members when needed.
• Suggest improvements or evolutions to existing processes.
• Manage and support hardware and software within the help‑desk scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Eager to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
